Mobile Business Centres provide free mentoring services for businesses located across Victoria. They can help businesses identify a clear business plan and direction, improve cash-flow and identify new opportunities for development.
The Centres will be travelling throughout Victoria from February 2012. They provide face-to-face assistance in a number of business areas, such as:
- developing a business plan and marketing strategy
- financial management and pricing products and services
- market research and online marketing
- improving the viability of a business idea.
